This is one of my unedited, real worksheets from Part 2 of the ACEing2015 goal setting series. I wanted to post this so you guys could see what the responses should sort of look like. I know that the questions/steps for this worksheet may have been hard to follow, but I really think that if you try this and fill a few of these out, they’ll serve a great tool for you to use in moving past your fears. After all, these pesky things may be holding you back, keeping you from becoming that person you really want to be!
